For last year’s words belong to last year’s language
And next year’s words await another voice.

What we call the beginning is often the end
And to make an end is to make a beginning.
The end is where we start from.

T.S. Eliot
“Little Gidding”
Four Quartets

I want to say thank you to everyone who played a part in my songwriting career, from the support of my family and friends to the folk community of the greater Boston area and across the country.  From the stage at Club Passim to the Kerrville Folk Festival, my years writing and playing songs for you was almost magical — the rush of a great show can be other-worldly.

Due to a health crisis and the changes it demanded, I can no longer pursue the life in music I had wanted.  This is not, however, the end of the road.  It is simply a change in direction, a course correction.  What comes next may look very different from what came before, but I am hopeful and excited.  And whatever it may be, I hope to share it with you again.
